13 weeks total – we will meet 12 consecutive classes for instruction, last week is graduation
Time: 7:00 to 8:30

Prescreen: August 19 from 9:00 to 12:00

Go to the FORMS tab above; go to GETTING STARTED, and AGREE TO GUIDELINES
Print and fill out the following forms:
1. Canine Information form
2. Vet Authorization/Vaccination form (must be signed by your vet) must use USA TD form
3. Membership application form
In addition to the forms please send in a copy of your
1. Driver’s License front and back
2. Current County Dog License (copy of license document)

$195 for one handler and one dog
$245 for two handles and one dog
